It is every girls’ dream to have the perfect wedding, marry the perfect man, and be the perfect bride.  That’s a LOT of perfect stuff, and we all know how hard it is to reach even close to perfection.  I propose we start with the wedding (it will be easier to make that perfect then your man.)

Things that can be forgotten easily and could ruin your wedding for you:

(1) Giving the limo driver wrong directions, wrong time to arrive, or forget to give the limo driver directions period.

(2)
Not having a backup for your reception if it’s outdoors.  Weather is a screwy thing and you never know when it’s going to take a turn for the worst.  It’s best to have an indoor reception backup.

(3)
Getting you hair cut on the same day as your wedding is a very bad idea.  You never know when a bad haircut is going to strike.  It’s okay to obviously get your hair styled on the day of your wedding, but I wouldn’t suggest a hair cut.

Losing the wedding rings is a wedding crasher all on its own.  Make sure the rings are with someone you have full trust in, and make sure they’re there the day of your wedding.

Waiting to try your dress on the day of the wedding is a very bad idea.  Some people say that they want to see how they’ll look the day of the wedding - only on the actual day of the wedding.  You figure that the gown makers got everything correct and it will all flow smoothly.  Don’t do this to yourself!   We are only human and nothing we do is perfection - try on the dress and look for mistakes.

Do not forget to get your marriage license!!!!  Yes, this has happened to people.

Do not get drunk before the ceremony!  No one wants to see a drunk groom tipping over while he’s waiting for his bride to come down the isle, and they don’t want to see a stumbling bride coming down the isle.  And I highly doubt you want that recorded for you to watch later.

Do not leave your suitcase were a prankster can find it and get into it.  Get locks, and put them on.  Last thing you want is to find a pair of your panties flapping in the wind from somewhere on the limo as you’re driving away.  That would be very embarrassing.

Do not forget to pay the caterers!!!  This would be a very bad surprise when you arrive at the reception and find they’re not there.

And finally - (10)
Make sure not to forget your dress shoes.  This is one of the most common forgotten things when it comes to the wedding.
